Only first-time enrollments are eligible for a refund. If you have previously enrolled and participated in the program, refunds will not be granted.

Refunds are only available for self-paced or live training programs and do not apply to custom coaching packages, private sessions, or business consulting services.

You must have actively participated in the program. This includes attending live sessions, completing assignments, and engaging in coaching activities.

If a refund is requested, we may ask for proof of participation to ensure you made an effort to implement the coaching strategies.

No refunds will be granted for lack of participation or failure to use the program materials.

Any completed one-on-one coaching sessions.
